Responsible for manage and analyze customer database to create roll out CRM project and promotion campaign to drive CRM’s KPI • CRM data analysis, ability to interpret data • Coordinating with other departments for CRM • Finding new opportunities to increase profit per customer and serve sales and marketing needs. • Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. • Plan and develop loyalty program • Loyalty program campaign management and maintain loyalty members • Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower cost mediums such as SMS and email. • Strategic planning for marketing communication |
